This unit is located at Watercrest on the 8th in master, 2 queens in 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room. This floor plan has the master bedroom with a view of the water as well as the living room/dining room. Private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom has the same square feet as most 3 bedrooms so you have plenty of floor space.
Not only is the unit equipped with a washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen for all you cooking needs and many more extras, but the resort also has much to offer. Lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, expansive sun decks with heated pool (seasonally)

Panama City Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was great. It was just steps to the soft, white sandy beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available to rent either daily or weekly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to reach Paula with any questions. Just letting you know though that if you have children, there are no beach toys. Also, no cooler for the beach. I like complete darkness to sleep and there are only room darkening curtains on one of the windows in the master, however, waking up early and walking the beach became a favorite!

Everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t have stayed at a more accommodating and Comfortable place! The condo was spacious and exceptionally clean and fresh. This was our first time staying at PCB, spent two weeks and the area had so much to do. We enjoyed our time and Paula was the best! We will be back! 😀❤️ Thank you Paula

Excellent. 10/10 recommend this condo. Owner is awesome and so easy to communicate with, I was able to check in earlier than expected and the condo was clean spacious and perfect for me and my kids. Access to beach and pool so simple and the location is perfect. Best stay in PCB as an adult with children.

The view alone is worth booking!

Paula was great to work with, and got me into the unit a few hours before the stated check in time. The unit features floor to ceiling windows as soon as you walk in to the breathtaking view. Will definitely rent this unit again.
