The main level of the cottage is wide open and welcoming and features a LIVING AREA with two overstuffed sofas surrounding a chunky wood coffee table. This space also includes a large HDTV and a grand fireplace (not for guest use). Next to the living area is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for eight.

In the nearby open KITCHEN, a spacious stone island has more seating for five and a stainless steel farmhouse sink. This chef-inspired space also features a restaurant-quality gas range, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a gigantic refrigerator. Next to the kitchen is the LAUNDRY ROOM, with a marvelous, high-efficiency, top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer.

Outside through the French doors, you’ll find your own private COURTYARD, complete with an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool with a relaxing water fountain feature, and a quaint outdoor living area. The FIRST AND SECOND GUEST BEDROOMS are peaceful, private suites, both with one queen-size bed and one twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and FULL, ENSUITE BATHROOMS. This level also includes another BUNK ROOM with a twin-over-twin-size bunk.

The second floor also features a pristine PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE with a sumptuous king-size bed, and an ATTACHED SPA BATHROOM with a double vanity and a step-in shower.
