Ok this stay was . The property is really pretty and close to everything you need. Beach access at Deer Lake State Park could not have been more convenient. Love the extras with the house like golf cart, beach bikes, and beach chairs. There was even a wagon to lug all of our things down to the beach! Jerrad is an incredible host. He is communicative, responsive, and truly wants you to enjoy your stay. I got great food and entertainment recommendations from him as well. I will be coming back for the beautiful house and the security of a wonderful host!

We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this place. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish, which made everything seamless.The golf cart and bikes were a huge bonus and made getting around so easy and fun, especially with kids. We were able to spend time at Deer Lake Park and Inlet Beach, both easily accessible by golf cart, and loved having the beach chairs and wagon provided, it made beach days simple and stress-free.Speaking of kids, this place was perfect for our family. We have three (ages 3, 8, and 10), and there was truly something for all of them to enjoy.The Big Chill was a highlight for both the kids and the adults. There was always something going on, great food options, and just a really fun atmosphere day and night.Overall, this was a perfect family-friendly spot with plenty to do and great amenities. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

Home was wonderful, clean and decorated beautifully. The communication with owner was beyond expectation! We love the location by the hub and all the fun things included! The bikes and golf cart is a major bonus!

The location was close to the Big Chill and several great shops. Bikes and golf cart were fantastic amenities for the family to get around and enjoy the scenery. The community pools were clean and spacious. The townhome was clean, well decorated and spacious for our family of 5. Communication with owners was quick, friendly and helpful. We had a great week and would return in the future!

Incredible stay!

We came in for a long Labor Day weekend and had an incredible time! Loved the locale which is central to everything Prominence. The super nice golf cart made it easy to get everywhere. We will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing location, amazing stay!

We loved our short weekend trip to Jerrad’s place! We wish we could have stayed longer. The place was spotless, comfortable, and only a short <10min drive to Alys and Rosemary beach. The golf cart was fun too. We cannot recommend Jerrad’s place enough!

Amazing Vacation

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! From Jerrad being a wonderful host to the super clean and well equipped townhouse our trip to 30A was amazing! Having access to everything so close and having a golf cart to get around the area: going to the pool, the big chill and the beach access was very convenient! Thank you Jerrad for being the best host and helping us navigate our first trip to 30A we will definitely be back again in the future!

Lovely Stay in a Beautiful Home

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home. The golf cart helped us get to the various public beach access points and the pools. The beach toys and wagon were very handy during trips to the beach with my young child as well. The area is lovely and we would stay again!

Great place to stay on 30A

Property is clean and new. The host communicates better than any VRBO that I have ever stayed in. The golf cart is a huge plus to get to the beach.
