We recently stayed at a home managed by Exclusive 30A. The home is called Rosemary Renaissance #93. The home is beautiful, but the AC has issues. I hope the owners find a new management company that can best represent their interest. This company is anything but exclusive. When we checked into the house, they immediately told us an AC company would be on site later in the week to perform routine maintenance on the AC unit. Obviously, there was an issue with the AC, but Exclusive 30A didn’t want to admit this for fear of having to discount the rental. They pretended there wasn’t an issue and sent their maintenance guy out as well to tell us the AC still had issues. They certainly didn’t resolve the issue. The AC guy finally showed up and was unable to resolve the issue. He told us the last renter complained about the AC as well. Upon making complaints we were told the guest services director would call. They told us this for three days, but they never called. Exclusive 30A is a joke. If you like sleeping in 75-79 degree temps, this is the place for you. There’s nothing exclusive about this management company. Lots of excuses and lack of communication.
