Quiet adorable corner studio, sleeps 4, very comfy bed and pullout couch is super comfortable too! FREE NETFLIX!! Located in The Villages of South Walton, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Explore 30A by walking or biking to the local shops and restaurants. The amazing beaches are a 5 min walk away. The water is magical. Free tram if you don't want to walk. Come have fun in the PERFECT location.Access is a door code so no need to meet for keys. Building C is your building. Arrival info sent a few days before your stay.

Perfect beach rental

I didn't plan for much other than beach and food. This place was perfect for after beach fun all day because they had live music every day at 5pm, there were food places and a little grocery store and a beach supplies store in the strip where we stayed. It was super convenient because everything we needed was right where we were staying. Would definitely stay here again! Also the host was very prompt with responding. Thanks for letting me and my kid stay

Great location

Really nice studio apartment with an excellent location close to beach, shops, restaurants. Two things to look into: couch pull-out bed was stuck closed and kitchen sink faucet leaked. Otherwise 5/5! Thank you.

The place to stay for Rosemary Beach

Loved it all! The unit, the option of 2 pools, the shuttle to the beach runs continuously, variety of restaurants and bars, live music every night in the courtyardIf that isn’t enough, it is only a 5 minute walk to all that Rosemary beach offers!

Good enough

The good: Location, amenities. Overall the place is looking a bit tired - needs some painting, a/c fan kinda noisy, no bathroom sink plug, clothes iron broken. Nice bonus that there were beach chairs, but time for new ones. Everything was clean enough and we didn’t hang around much, so it was ok. It was adequate but not inspiring.

2 adults and 4 year old stayed over Christmas while traveling between 2 other locations. Choose this due to cost and location. I assumed the cost was due to the off-season. However, this property is cheaply furnished and is in need of upgrades. The mattress was horrible. Ran out of paper towels and toilet paper in 24 hours. Located by a communal door which slammed at all hours. Woken early by trash and delivery trucks on business days. Floor needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. This may be there right property for some but was not for us. Not worth the value of in season cost.

This is not a 5 star property. Dust and dirt in every corner, very soft mattress, flat pillows, cheap utensils and plastic dishes. Sink barely drained. Freezer needed defrosting and ice trays were stuck to the freezer. The overhead light could not be turned off and leave the fan on because you cannot reach the chain. The most cramped uncomfortable one bedroom we’ve ever stayed in and Is not worthy of 5 stars AT ALL. Walls and windows are not soundproof and you hear everything on the sidewalk outside. Even kids at the pool-you hear every word late into the night. Did I mention the construction/sheet rock work going on til 9pm in the adjacent unit and sawing outside the door at 9am this morning.

It was a little small for the 2 of us since we had to bring more clothes, etc for a wedding and pre-wedding events. A full view mirror would be a plus to help with dressing.

We had never been to Florida before and definitely lucked out when booking! Our family of four loved this condominium. The location is PRIME!!! Shops, restaurants, pool and jacuzzi directly under the building! The beach tram is awesome and the walk to it is quick! Loved the short walk to Rosemary, Seaside and Alys Beach. We can't wait to go back!

AC Did Not Work Well

The stay was nice however the ac situation was not good at all. The unit really didn't work. I feel like it should have been at least turned on before we got there. If just didn't work well at all and it was a very hot couple of days.

Great spot

This is my second time in this location. Nice for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great spot to rent bikes and listen to live music on the weekends. The pools were close and clean. The beach is a short walk or ride. Will come back

Great studio right in the middle of everything!

This place was fantastic for my friend and I to visit. In the busy season, the tram service picks you up very close by, and the pool is visible from the window! Also, there’s sometimes live music right on the other side of the building along with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all right there! loved this place so much and hope to come back here!

First visit to the Emerald Coast

Location of this rental is Amazing! The unit is small (as expected from description) but met our needs. The walk to beach was short and stunning. Access to pool and hot tub outside our building gave our stay a resort feel. A big bonus was location of restaurants and convenience store on the first level of our buildings.

Great location

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. We rode bikes in the morning, went to the beach after lunch, and then to the hot tub for 3 days! We used the chairs and umbrellas that were in the condo. You can put the beach chairs on your back like a backpack. Lots of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We ate at 3 restaurants in the Rosemary Beach area that were really good. We didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors. We parked right near the condo and didn’t really use our car much. This is area has beautiful condos and landscaping! We would love to come back!!
