Welcome to your 'Lakeside Retreat' at Grande Pointe on 30A! This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers over 3600 sq ft of living and gathering space. It is conveniently located minutes from beautiful Lake Powell, the pool for a quick dip, or the beach for long, lazy days. You'll fall in love with the balcony lake views, close proximity to the community pool, basketball court for games, and plenty of room for your entire crew, accommodating up to 14 guests!

Bunk room (1st Floor) - Double over Double bunk bed, shared bathroom right outside the door with walk in shower.
Queen room (2nd Floor) - Queen bed with walk in closet and large dresser. Shared bathroom tub/shower combo.
Queen room (3rd Floor) - Queen bed with En Suite bathroom, also features a large walk in closet.
Primary bedroom (3rd Floor) - King bed with En Suite. Large platform bed, and oversized en suite with walk in shower and soaking tub.
Bunk room (4th Floor) - Double over Double bunk bed with desk and balcony access. Shared bathroom across the hall with tub/shower combo.

Minutes to the Shore →
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive, .9 miles away) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access.
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 3 vehicles, and 1 space in garage. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
