No heat. Then construction in unit next door jack hammering/drilling/hammering. Then the unprofessional hostess SANDY doesn’t have the courtesy to even return my call. We left early. Will never use Stay Vacations again. Should be called STAY AWAY VACATIONS

Was a water leak sprung the day before but the property manager informed us and got it fixed first day. They were easy to communicate with and get ahold of. The room was clean and taken care of. All the check in and out details very detailed but easy to follow instructions with no problems and they gave said details well before the check in which makes it easy not having to worry right at check in. They were extremely nice wishing us a nice stay and checked in with us at the end to make sure our stay was what we had hoped(and it was)! All around great property owner to rent from
