This seaside oasis invites you to relax and sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. Features a comfortable king bed, hall bunk beds for the kids, new sofa sleeper and a Pack-n-Play for the little ones. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room, dining area and kitchen all look out to the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. There are many special items provided in the condo to help save you time, effort, and money! And, a set of cushioned beach chairs with umbrella are reserved for 432 guests during the season (March thru October). Just ask for them to set-up you up at the beach kiosk.

BEACH SERVICE (seasonal)
March through October: Daily Set-Up 8:30am to 5:00pm
Two beach chairs and umbrella provided for the duration of your stay. See the attendant at the Beach Services kiosk on the sand in front of the resort.

LOCATION
Centrally located with delicious beachfront restaurants on either side - Runaway Island Restaurant and Senior Frogs! Across the street is an Alvins Island, Market, FunLand Arcade, and restaurants in a small retail center. Located close to popular Pier Park's shopping, dining, entertainment, dog beach, fishing pier and concert venue.

CHECK-IN
Unload at the resort tower on the south side of Front Beach Road. Then park in the attached, gated garage. There are luggage carts and elevators on all garage floors. Take the 3rd floor sky bridge over to the condo tower on the beach side. Once across the sky bridge, take the small elevator next to escalators down to street level. Exit left out of the elevator to the tower elevators. Take to the 4th floor. When you don't have a luggage cart, you can just use escalator or stairs by the small elevator to go down one flight to the condo elevators. Or, use the emergency stairs to go up one level to 4. You quickly get the hang of it!
