The condo is a beautiful, beachfront 1-bedroom unit located at Long Beach Resort, one of Panama City Beach’s finest and most exclusive condominium properties.

Our unit is in tower 4 on the 10th floor

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Long Beach Resort is a 3-building complex located beachfront in Panama City Beach. It features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, and palm tree islands. Two heated pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grills, and 24-hour gated security. There's plenty of parking adjacent to the buildings. With a stay at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, you'll be on the beach with convenient access to Ripley's, Wonder Works, and Shipwreck Island Park, and Coyote Ugly.

This vacation rental features:

During their stay, guests may utilize the surface lot parking area only. Park directly in front of the tower that your condo is located in. You will find a parking pass in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Long Beach Resort property

Over all we were very pleased with everything. The condo is a pretty decent size for a studio. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying and we were never on top of each other. The only thing we noticed was the toilet was really hard to flush. You had to hold down the lever really hard for a few seconds before it would even begin to flush and then continue to hold it down for it to do it fully but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I also wish there was a better way to communicate with the property manager other than email only but again, not a deal breaker. We will definitely stay again.
