This property was perfect for a quick girls' weekend. It was clean and stylish. The beds were comfortable. The location was ideal-- easy to get to Rosemary and Alys Beach. We enjoyed having the beach right there as well as a pool to cool off in. I would definitely recommend this property again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, the beach and water were pristine, the pool was amazing, and the condo was lovely! The communication was fantastic and the check-in/check-out process easy. Everything we could have asked for in a vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful condo, Beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time this week. The condo was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The amenities were wonderful and love Crabby Steve’s!!

Mother’s Day Refresh

We LOVED being back at HighPointe! But this was by far our favorite condo, we all slept amazingly and the view/location/pool/Crabby Steve’s ALL perfection!!!

Great location, Great condo for kids

The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Loved that the hot tub was open during the off season. Property managers went out of their way to answer questions quickly and easily— would definitely book this property again.

The condo was clean and well-kept. It is well-located within the property and conveniently in biking and walking distance from many restaurants and shopping areas. Any minor maintenance issues we found were taken care of quickly.

Beautiful property/Ramp to Beach for handicap

Took my quadriplegic husband and caregiver to High Pointe for our 34th wedding anniversary. I knew there was a ramp to beach but was unsure if pool was accessible for my husband. There is a website that advertises the pool as “handicap accessible” however we found that it is not. (It was not High Pointe’s website.) I had already rented an electric beach wheelchair for my husband so I knew we could get him to beach even if we could not get him in the pool. Unit was clean and just as described. View was incredible - overlooking lagoon style pool and the Gulf!!! There was not an ice maker in unit or on property for your stay so make sure you buy ice and put in freezer. Shops and restaurants literally right across the street. Overall, we had a really great stay at High Pointe and enjoyed it! If you have a family member that needs a wheelchair to get to beach, make sure you rent an electric beach wheelchair as it is quite a steep ramp to get back up to condo…it would be difficult to have to push a person in a manual wheelchair up ramp. Also, it would be great if homeowners association put a hoyer lift in for handicap individuals to be able to get in pool and enjoy the water!

Honeymoon

Very nice condo. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. I tried contacting the property manager multiple times prior to arriving to arrange for some flowers and champagne to be waiting in the room upon our arrival, but never got a response. Other than that we had a great time and will likely come back for future vacations.
