The area/neighborhood was excellent! So many shops and restaurants close by and a lot to do within walking distance. The bikes were perfect, even to just make a run to the coffee shops. Home was very clean, and so was the pool area. Very nice Private beach too!

Everything was spotless and well put together. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into the space, and it felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved the property and location! Pet friendly for a small or medium sized dog. Loved the bikes and Enjoyed bike rides to local restaurants and shopping at Rosemary and Alys. Umbrellas, beach chairs and sand toys were a bonus! Very short walk to pool and beach. Lovely kitchen with basics including spices. We loved sitting on the balcony too.

Everything about our stay was 5-star. Kevin and Jennifer were always in communication about our stay, and were very lovely hosts. The home is so clean and very well curated — high quality appliances and decor that enhanced our stay. We were all very impressed and enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful upscale house , all the amenities with many thoughtful extra touches. We have stayed in multiple homes in Sunset Beach and this is by far the best . Jennifer and Kevin are excellent communicators and were super responsive to our every need . A truly wonderful experience and we would give this house and experience 6 stars if we could .

Amazing FL Getaway

Such a lovely place to stay for our trip to Rosemary beach. Proximity to everything is perfect. The house had everything we needed and was designed with so much thought. We would love to stay here again!

Post Thanksgiving Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the house - it was as advertised and picture perfect! The kitchen had just about everything you could want or need and the spice drawer was AWESOME! It was very light, airy and the beds were super comfy! We especially loved the direct beach access that this neighborhood affords and will be back!

An excellent location and Beautifully decorated

This was our first time to 30A. We had the best stay here. We were just steps to the beach and an easy walk to the town. Jennifer and Kevin were great hosts and they decorated the place beautifully. They added special touches that I had not seen before, staying at a VRBO. They made it feel so very welcoming

Even better than advertised

We had a wonderful time! Jennifer and Kevin are fantastic VRBO hosts. Their place is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. It's an absolutely perfect location, very clean and comfortable, check-in/out was a breeze and easy to follow instructions. We'll be staying there again next time we visit the Seacrest/Rosemary/Alyce Beach area!

Thank you so much for letting me and my family stay in your home. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and its proximity to downtown Rosemary and Alys beach. We parked the car in the garage and didn’t need it again until we checked out.

clean and great location

The villa/house was very clean and nice! It was also in a great location to be able to walk to many restaurants and boutiques! Have stayed in Santa Rosa Beach area in July and was not as convenient to places. Rosemary Beach is also a bit newer and more upscale. There was a problem with the dryer the first day and the owner was super responsive and had it fixed the next day which we really appreciated! It was a short walk within the gated community to the beach which was nice. The pool was closed, I think because they were renovating the clubhouse but probably would not have used anyways. Would definitely recommend and may return in the future! Thanks for a great Christmas getaway!
