This magnificent terraced house, with an area of 200 m², is designed to offer comfortable and complete accommodation for up to 6 people. With a modern and functional decor, the dwelling has spacious, bright and perfectly adapted spaces for rest and coexistence. It has 3 bedrooms, a 12 m² terrace and access to common areas, such as the community pool, ideal for relaxing during your stay. It is an excellent option for families or groups of friends who want to discover the charms of the Costa Brava.



The house is located in a quiet residential area, but within the urban area of Pals, which makes it ideal to combine moments of relaxation with the proximity to services and tourist attractions. Guests are reminded to respect the rules of coexistence and avoid excessive noise to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
