The Pearl in Palmetto awaits you whether traveling by land or sea. This newly renovated waterfront escape welcomes you through the breezeway with a large lap pool. The expansive covered deck allows you to sit shaded enjoying the many species of wildlife cruising the canal out back. The sunsets are stunning, and you won’t want to miss them on the upper-level balcony. The open floor plan inside has a large Great Room perfect for everyone to gather around. If you’re into billiards, the pool table and bar area will keep you busy for hours. TVs and Wi-fi throughout with everything updated to keep the whole family entertained. This is a very quiet neighborhood in an ideal location. It is just 20-30 minutes to the Gulf Beaches, St. Petersburg, Anna Maria Island, Cortez, and Sarasota. Tampa International Airport and surrounding Tampa area is 35-45.
