The Rocha’s House stands proudly amidst the vineyards, in the middle of the countryside and yet so close to everything. It is the ultimate address where you can stay during these uncertain times.
And we are delighted to announce that we will be open to welcome guests in Spring 2022.
With an elegant interior design and unrivaled comforts, it’s the height of both luxury and simplicity—a place to fall in love with!
The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite with magnificent marble bathrooms. The dining room and living area open to a spacious terrace surrounded by meticulously-designed gardens. The huge fully-equipped kitchen opens its doors to another large terrace with a dining
area complete with a barbecue and wood oven, all overlooking the pool, beautiful gardens and orchard.
Salt-water swimming pool with with towels and lounge chairs available.
Central heating. Satellite TV. High-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property (including pool and gardens). Energy efficient and sustainable (solar panels).
Wake up with the birds, savour the taste of freshly-squeezed orange juice, and inhale the scent of the flowers. Then…then follow your wishes: go for a walk, a bike ride, go horseback riding or go kart racing, play golf, or simply take a trip to the beach. Perhaps sail a Catamaran and meet the Sado dolphins.
