The accommodation classified as "Turismo de Interior" has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (main bedroom with one double bed, also has a sofa-bed). Located on a forth floor with amazing terrace, no lift. Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It is located on the attic floor without an elevator. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Fully equipped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One bathroom with shower.
No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.
“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.

So called “Penthouse”
Extremely steep and narrow stairs to the apartment. It was a terrible TV sofa we didn’t wanna touch. The TV was old and not a smart TV. The toilet wall didn’t go all the way up to the roof, therefore no privacy. The sofa on the balcony was in hard plastic material and also not useable

Great location in Palma
Apartment is ideal for a couple, as long as they are fit for the steep, narrow stairs. Rooftop terrace is great for eating breakfast. However there is some wear and tear (eg shower screen and tray are in need of replacement) so not perfect.

Good apartment in great city
The apartment was ideal….once you get your cases in it. The stairs are narrow and steep and getting a big heavy case up 4 stories is not easy. Little cases recommended!! Apartment was all good to stay in and just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Palma city which is excellent.
Perfekte Lage. Zentral trotzdem ruhig. Großer Balkon. Stufen zum Appartement sind recht steil. Wegen des Balkons lohnt es sich. Kommunikation super. Viele hilfreiche Information.

Situated in a nice nighbourhood, walking distance to all major sight seeings in Palma.
The appartment was a little worn out, i.e cupboard door hang loose. Extra towels would have been nice. Had to ask for our third visitors bed linen, but the feed back was quick😀 Would appriciate that steps are also clearly mentioned as the stairs are extremely step, narrow and high very scary with a big suitcase.

Sehr gepflegtes, wenn auch nicht ganz neues, und voll ausgestattetes Objekt in guter bis sehr guter Lage in der östlichen Altstadt. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Markt und zu div. anderen Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants.
Besonderheiten:
1. Sehr steiles und enges Treppenhaus.
2. Bei dem großen Gebäude direkt gegenüber handelt es sich um eine Schule.
3. Es können ausnahmslos spanische TV-Sender empfangen werden.

Super moderne lejlighed i hjertet af Old town Palma, med skøn rooftop terrasse, aircondition og tæt på strand, så alt hvad kan ønske sig. Lidt stejl tæppe op til lejligheden, s å pas på. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
