Villa of 500 meters of housing and 1000 of plot, center of Palma, license in force. Exclusive as it is within Palma city due to local restrictions in the center. A 10-minute walk from the Paseo Marítimo, 5 minutes by car from the cathedral, historic center and Bellver Castle. Own pool. Nearby forest to walk with/without pets. Supermarket and gas station less than 1 minute by car. Motorway exit 1 minute by car. Main bathroom adapted for the disabled. There are 3 bicycles and one for children to enjoy the wonderful city. (Ask before check-in).
There is a very complete gym, as well as a tennis and paddle tennis club less than a 5-minute walk away.

Villa in the centre

We travelled to Palma for our son's wedding and we wanted a villa so we could all be together. The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. The views from the kitchen and outside balcony are beautiful. A fantastic place to stay and unwind.

Gorgeous Palma Villa

This large villa is close to Palma city centre (20 mins walk). There are also restaurants and bars by the marina which is only a 10-15 min walk. There is a good supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The villa is fully air- conditioned and has a large pool and patio with ample sun beds. Pedro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out. Overall a very good experience.

House 5/5 (perfect, like shown in the pictures): -very clean -nice location, near to the center of palma and harbour -all technical devices worked fine Pedro 5/5 (perfect): -very communicative (Pedro answered very frequently and quickly), -extremely flexible (Pedro was so nice and let us in very early into the Finca and out much later, so we didn't have to wait at the airport), -very friendly

Wunderschöne Tage über den Dächern von Palma

Wir sind zurück von einem tollem Kurzaufenthalt in Son Dureta. Alles war perfekt! Die Casa Filipines ist nicht nur von aussen ein absoluter Hingucker sondern auch von innen wird man nicht enttäuscht. Im Haus findet man alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es lässt sich herrlich kochen und dies auch für mehrere Personen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich genauso wie die gesamte Aussenanlage und der Pool. Wir haben mit 6 Personen wahnsinnig viel Platz gehabt, bis zu 10 Personen lässt es sich herrlich wohnen! Die Aussenanlage ist sehr weitläufig und der Pool mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein! Toll ist auch die große Dachterrasse mit einem Wahnsinnsausblick über Palma und auf die Kathedrale. Der Supermercado befindet sich in 3 Minuten Gehweg und in die Innenstadt von Palma lässt sich auch gemütlich schlendern innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Die Casa Filipines ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca, wir kommen wieder!!!!!
