Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool Monday and Thursdays. Our landscaper comes once a week every Tuesday. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.
Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
