Easter family celebration

We had a fantastic four-night stay at a VRBO house in Palm Springs! The location was easy to find, and the calming entry patio welcomed us right away. We spent most of our time relaxing outside in the beautiful setting.The house was perfect for our family—comfortable and well-appointed, with easy access to the outdoors from every room. The kitchen was also great for preparing meals together.Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We loved the house and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family getaway in Palm Springs!

Beautiful, spacious home in great location!

We loved Villa Toscana! It was spacious enough for 2 families and centrally located in a fantastic neighborhood. The pool was perfect and the kids had a blast. We would go back!

Great stay for our family

We rented this property for the week of Thankgiving. The layout of the bedrooms was great, everyone had their own space, the pool area was fantastic, and the house had everything we needed to prep dinners, cook on the grill and just enjoy our time together. Everything was super clean and comfortable for our stay,

Not worth the price. Cleanliness and Safety Risks

We had a terrible experience. #1 CLEANLINESS: bathroom in the middle of the house adjoining 2 rooms was covered (hundreds) in disgusting bugs all over the walls and the toilet, it was impossible to use and we had to leave the door shut and block off the gaps under the door to prevent them from coming into the rooms. We took pictures. This was extremely gross, unclear how cleaning crew missed this and raises a larger question. #2 SAFETY: when we arrived, the entire yard was hosed down. We were unaware that the entire garage was also hosed down which is where the game room is. We had 2 people slip and fall within the first 2-3 hours of arriving, one of which was our 3 yr old. This is plain dumb and a major risk and liability #3: BBQ GRILL: barely worked. Very disappointing experience. Took 3-4 times as long to cook some basic veggies as any other entry level grill. Our dinner plans were entirely off as we didn’t expect this. #4 MOSQUITOS: the entire home (inside) was ridden with mosquitos. We had a miserable time as the entire family, including our little kids were covered in bug bites. (Hopefully they were from mosquitos and not something else) #5 POTS AND PANS: every single pot and pan is non stick, and the entire surface is completely ruined. Basic google search - these are health risks. Why wouldn’t you provide basic kitchen utensils that are safe to use? As you can imagine, coupled with the BBQ Grill, this was an extremely terrible experience as we had planned multiple family meals. Ended up using the cast iron skillets, but those have not been maintained or treated correctly - our food after cooking had turned BLACK. We have pictures. #6 POOL CLEANING: middle of the day, as we were enjoying family time in the pool, a random person entered the property as our family was outside. They claimed to be the pool cleaner and insisted on treating the pool with chemicals as our kids were inside. Not able to communicate well in English we attempted several times before forcing them off the property. Why was this scheduled during visitor stay!? #7 TOWELS: not enough towels in the house for the 2 night stay, even though we had less occupants than the total allowed. Extra towels were not provided and we didn’t have the means to wash towels (which we shouldn’t be expected to do). I stead we had to use the dryer and reuse towels to get by. Far too expensive for what we got. The listing and pictures are great but don’t match the reality

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great time at this property. The management company is great with prompt communication. This a single level ranch style house with many amenities including fully stocked kitchen. The pool and spa is great to enjoy after dinner and relax after a day of hiking. Great time to visit, not too hot or cold. Highly recommended.
