We really enjoyed our stay on Normandy Ct

We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Palm Springs. The owner was always very prompt in getting back to us with help when we inquired. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed the pool right outside our condo. The condo is very nice and furnished with plenty of seating. Even the patio was very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved everything about our month in Palm Springs and this Normandy Place flat was the perfect setting. Decorated with a mid-century vibe, the spacious condo, which is exactly as pictured, and the orange tree and hummingbird feeder in the front patio, emphasized the California feeling. We are urban people at home and so we appreciated being within an easy walking distance to conveniences like groceries as well as neighborhood restaurants and the famous Purple Room for happy hour cocktails. Downtown Palm Springs, where all the best restaurants are, is an easy 10-minute drive or a little longer bike ride. The owner was super responsive to our few questions. Will definitely rebook!

Great stay

We stayed for a month and felt that Tim's property was excellent value for the price we paid. Easy check in (after we located the unit, which is north of the parking space, not south). Tim was very responsive and we were sorted quickly. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was nicely updated with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of storage space. Although both showers would benefit from an update, the bathroom vanities were upgraded nicely like the kitchen. The area, a short block off of E Palm Canyon was walking distance to 2 supermarkets (Jensen's, Ralph’s) as well as a host of other major stores (Ace Hardware, Walgreens, TJ Maxx). The grounds were lovely, with hummingbirds, bougainvillea, orange and grapefruit trees and many friendly neighbours! We also loved the neighbourhood which was great for walking our dog.

Wonderful property, immaculate, extremely well equipped & spacious for the two of us. Wonderful pool & hot tub, fabulous grounds. Terrific location 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs & the airport. The owner was absolutely amazing. Could not recommend more highly.
