Did not clean room when asked. Didn’t give us enough towels. Bad mattress in bed by the window. Fell on the floor trying to get out of bed. Just slid out. First time we have ever had a bad experience there. When checking in you should be given the rules.

The good parts, the room was clean. Staff was good. Check in was easy. The bad parts, the mattress on the bed was so thin and lumpy. The pillows, only two for two people, were hard and small. The room had no AC unit. None, in Palm Springs. The shower head comes out of the wall at chest level, hard to rinse your hair without gymnastics.

The rooms were so small and there were no ameneties. The floors were dirty and sticky. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room the first night.

The room was clean but on the smaller side and a bit worn down—it could definitely use a makeover. That said, the staff truly made the stay. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. It was also nice having a fridge and microwave in the room, which was very convenient. The location is great as well—easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the amazing staff and convenient location.

The TV did not work (and the frame around it was missing exposing a bare fluorescent light fixture and all cables). I tried to call the front desk, but the in-room phone was dead. I was tired and just wanted sleep so I went to bed. I tried to turn heat on, the AC was running and it was cold. I couldn’t get the heat to come on. I waited an hour, but nothing so I just turned it off. When I went to use the bathroom, I saw mouse/rat poop next to the tub. At 1:00 a.m. I was woken up by two men on the landing from room next door talking loudly for an hour or more. When I checked out later that morning, I told the front desk everything and they said they’d make a note of it. No apologies, nothing!
