The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Spacious and comfortable

My family had a wonderful time in Palm Springs staying at this property. It was spacious and comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool area. There could be more living room seating though. We had 6 adults in our group and couldn’t “lounge”. We made a few meals and thought the kitchen could have been stocked with better utensils and a hand mixer but we got by and those are minor. All in all I would definitely stay at this property again!

Ladies Weekend getaway

The house was beautiful.!! The rooms were very clean, extra bath & pool towels was a plus. The pool was amazing the umbrellas were a plus but more would be nice. The only negatives were that tenants should respect the NO glassware outdoor policy, two of the ladies in our group stepped on glass and foot was bleeding. Afterwards everyone was walking with caution to prevent any additional glass incidents. So please be responsible and follow guidelines and rules. Reached out to the owner for compensation and was unapologetic about the situation and not understanding. Overall the home is beautiful, the garage is spacious fits two vehicles and we really did enjoy our stay. Also the home inside had border lights on bottom for those who wake up at night to utilize the restrooms. Thank you for your hospitality but truly hope for no glassware incidents.

Vista Norte is a WONDERFUL place to stay

Where do I being. The house is amazing. Spacious, well decorated, well equipped, AMAZING lighting within the house (the baseboard lights were a surprise and delight). And, I have to say, Vista Norte might quite possibly have the most comfortable beds I've ever encountered in a VBRO. Good support without being too hard. The Master Bathroom was huge with am amazing tub and walk-in shower. Outside, the house is very beautiful. it has a huge yard with several unique offerings (aside from the common BBQ, Firepit, Pool, Hot tub) including a chess board, outside shower, and a hammock. Fair warning, the hot tub is a little on the small side (2 people, or maybe 3 of you're very friendly), but that is not really a problem, but something people should be aware of. The pool itself is great. Another nice perk of the house is actually being able to have access to the garage. The provide a garage door opener, and it's nice to be able to tuck the car away and out of the sun. I would definitely stay here again. It's a fantastic property!
