There is a reason this property receives excellent reviews and I will add mine to the other happy guests who have stayed here in the past. Checklist:Real good communications with property owner, clean and well located with spot on instructions showing how to find. Convenient and relatively close parking, nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds to sleep in, well equipped kitchen and such an EASY house temperature control to operate! We visited during the March heat wave and that was very much appreciated! We loved our stay and would surely rebook this property again given a chance. Thank you so much!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything appeared quite clean and the owners were great communicators. The Wi-Fi went in and out while we were there. I’m not sure if this is a problem in the general region. We’re just in the suite, but overall, I would highly recommend this place. It was close to the Indian Wells tournament, and we were able to play tennis at our leisure outside our front door. It was also not a bad drive to Joshua tree which was excellent and we also hiked on the hiking trail across the street. Overall, I was very happy with everything.

The condo was ideal for our needs. It was attractive and well-maintained. Kitchen was very well- equipped with appliances, tableware, and everything needed for cooking. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Beds were very comfortable. Master bath is good-sized. It is close to several food markets and a fitness center. Downtown Palm Springs was a short drive. It has free parking, many very good restaurants, numerous shops, and a great art museum.We’ve stayed at many VRBOs. Melinda was the best communicator of them all. There was a significant plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms. She was tenacious in getting plumbers in to fix the problem as soon as possible.

This is a wonderful condo. Spotless, first class appliances, furnishings and amenities. We had one small maintenance issue which was resolved within hours of report.Communication with hosts great. A great stay!

Our rental condo stay was the perfect experience for us while we were in Palm Springs. The condo was so cute, very clean, and had all the comforts we needed. It was also super close to downtown Palm Springs. While in town, we explored the downtown area, drove through the old school 50s homes neighborhoods (the mid-century modern homes are really awesome), did some hiking, and drove out to visit friends in Santa Monica. Everything was close by, and even the visit with friends was only a 2 hour drive away. When it got too hot, we relaxed in the rental and had a lot of channel choices to choose from on the 2 tv's available, and plugged into our own apps to catch up some shows. Our stay was super convenient and relaxing. It was a great condo!

This property was clean, updated appliances, and well maintained. There were a couple of minor issues with a loose rug that felt like a tripping hazard, and the owner responded immediately with promise repairs which she did. I left an item in the unit - the first time I've ever done that -and the owner immediately helped me figure out how to recoup it. I would recommend this property toanyoanappreciated the owners don't know

Great Little Condo!

Great location to be able to get downtown and explore the greater area. Very nice grounds especially around pool and hot tub. Comfortable mattress. DirecTV with DVR. Many kitchen amenities and pool chairs and towels. It even has a small office.
