There are 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms.

The Big Palm Room aka the main ensuite, has a California King bed, a luxurious bathroom with shower, soaking tub and double vanity. Oversized sliding doors open to the pool area.

The Little Palm Room aka the secondary ensuite has a queen bed and private bathroom! The room opens up to a private patio and grassy area.

Each en suite has a walk-in closet.

The Twin Palms Rooms aka the third bedroom has 2 twin XL beds, is located in the middle of the ensuite bedrooms and is directly across from another bathroom.

All bedrooms have smart TVs.

There are 2 parking spaces in the garage and more parking located on the driveway.

The Garage is equipped with a Testla Charger! There are 4 Bikes for guests to use!

Pool toys, bikes, grill and other personal items around the house may be left by other guest and not regularly maintained by owners. Guest to use these items ar their own risk and release owners from any liability. Bikes to be used with helmets.


Other things to note:

SPA & POOL HEAT: Spa (hot tub) heat and usage is complimentary as part of the nightly rate but pool heat is not. Due to the high cost of heating the pool, an optional fee of $50/day is assessed to heat the pool and is available by request only. While the most guests are ok with the natural temperature of the pool from May through October, some prefer the pool to be very warm and heated. Please note that it can take up to 8 hours to sufficiently heat the pool, so if you are prefer the option to have the pool heated during your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival. Please note that the spa temperature is set to 103 degrees and can be remotely adjusted upon request. If you do choose to heat the pool, the pool is heated to 86 degrees, but the temperature can also be remotely adjusted.

PLEASE NOTE:

Max occupancy for at night is 6 Adults plus 2 Kids under 12 years old.
Max occupancy for daytime hours is 10 Adults plus 2 Kids under 12 years old.

Early check-in & late checkout is available an additional fee of $60 per hour upon availability.

PETS ARE ALLOWED for an additional flat fee of $100 per day. Plus $200 deep cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. If inside smoking is detected, $500 will be deducted from your security deposit.

There are strict noise restrictions and ordinances in Palm Springs, we kindly ask that you please restrict excessive noise.

Please be kind and respectful to residents - Should the city's Code Enforcement Office receive noise complaints from neighbors, they will be paying you a visit and you will be subject to fines, eviction, or both.

Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violation of the Rental or other regulations.

The City reserves the right to request an eviction from unruly guests.
