Welcome to Desert Falls! We’re 30 min from Palm Springs Airport, 10 min from Downtown Palm Desert and 1 hour away from the popular Joshua Tree National Park. With more than 8 public courses within 5 miles, enjoy golfing everyday!

Guests will have complementary access to the Clubhouse Fitness Center, Pickleball/Tennis Courts and the 25+ community pools and spas.

The 1st bedroom is a king ensuite with his and her sinks, and a walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third, 2 twins.
The space
Second floor condo. Note there’s a flight of stairs that leads to the front entrance. Guests have access to a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There’s 4 beds in total; 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin beds.

For Parking, please NOTE:
1. No commercial vehicles, vehicles with logos, vans, RVs or oversized vehicles, or trucks with equipment on top, are allowed to park in the community (they are oversized if they don't fit inside a regular garage.) Thank you.
2. No garage parking is available.

Great neighborhood, golf and pools

The neighborhood is great! Golf right out the door, pool across the street. Very walkable neighborhood. The condo is older and dated. Appliances in kitchen all work and there are necessary utensils. Bed was comfy, towels were fine.You will need to provide ALL food. I expected to purchase my food, but I was surprisedto find no salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, herbs, nothing. So you will need to plan on purchasing it ALL if you plan on cooking here. Just something to keep in mind.

The house is in a great location. Gated community for safety. Close to lot of golf courses, restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The process of accessing the property was easy and seamless. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of linens. We enjoyed our stay.
