Please note: The nightly price is for up to 10 guests. For any guests beyond 10, there is a fee of $30 per guest per night, up to a maximum of 14 guests total.
The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people in total, including all overnight guests and any visitors. This limit is based on double occupancy for each king and queen bed. We kindly ask that you review the bedroom layout carefully to ensure it suits your group’s needs, as no additional beds or sleeping arrangements are provided beyond what is shown in the listing. We also provide a sigle rollaway bed, a portabe folding baby crib, pack n play, and a high chair for your convenience.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 55" or larger 4K Smart HDTV and a ceiling fan.
We offer high-grade linens, pillows, towels, as well as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and all essential toiletries.

----Outdoor Paradise:

- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, equipped with comfortable lounges. Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

Optional Pool & Hot Tub Heating
For added comfort, heating may be added to your reservation:
• Full Pool & Hot Tub Heating – $59 daily (total $67.50 with taxes and vrbo fees). The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 86°F throughout the day, and the hot tub can be set to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and is available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.
• Hot Tub Only Option (Summer: May – October) – $35 nightly (total $40.07 with taxes and vrbo fees). Heat the hot tub only, available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.
If opted in, heating fee must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

- For outdoor culinary adventures, we offer a covered Lanai complete with a propane grill, allowing you to sizzle your favorite dishes in the open air. Additionally, there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and we provide beach chairs for our guests to take along on their beach excursions.

----Living Space and Entertainment:

Gather in the family room with an 86" Smart Samsung 4K HDTV.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 55" or larger 4K Smart HDTV.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet ensures you stay connected.

----Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Prepare your favorite meals in our large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
You'll find all the appliances and tools you need, including a Keurig and regular drip coffee makers.
We provide coffee, cream, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a variety of spices.

----Laundry:

Enjoy the convenience of our laundry room with two washers and two dryers, all provided at no cost.
Iron and ironing board are available in bedroom closets.

Guest Count & Visitors
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your booking includes up to 10 guests; each additional guest (up to the 14-person limit) is $30 per person, per night. Please provide an accurate guest count when you book so we can prepare the home for you.

Parking
We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.

Pets
Furry friends are welcome with prior approval—just let us know in advance.

Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.

Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a peaceful residential area. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, so everyone—including our neighbors—can relax.
