Looks are Deceiving

2/10 recommend!! We arrived at 130am Thursday morning. The fans are not calibrated so they make a vibration noise that is hard to sleep through but the rooms get too warm without them.When morning came while looking through drawers for silverware we discovered a zip lock bag of moldy drug paraphernalia as well as some type of plants used for drugs. When pictures were sent to owner her response was to throw away. For the cost of the host fee and cleaning fee how was that missed during prior cleaning before we came in?? There are huge spiders behind the bath mirror that ran up the wall while I was brushing my teeth the size of quarter or little larger , with multiple spider webs in corners and dead bugs smushed on walls. ( check your sheets and bags on floor)I picked this VRBO for several reasons one being the picture out the back door . You never know when the pictures are posted on the site or when they are actually taken and the photos of the front looked fairly new so it never occurred to me that the backyard was NOT fenced-in NOR that there would be a walking path at the base of the property line ! This allows people walking their dogs to see in the house and use the back yard for their own dog’s needs. We flew in and were gone all day until evening/night the day we arrived therefore we never looked out the back door.WITHOUT this knowledge , it was very awkward when a man was on the path was looking at me through glass back door! No fence no barrier!
