A nice place to stay

This is a very nice hotel with great service. The staff members are very helpful. The property itself is clean but the surrounding is not so great because of the construction work. However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I must commend the manager and his team for keeping the property clean and well maintained. The staff members are very polite and treat their guests well. The food is also good at the restaurant. Overall, the team makes every effort to make the stay comfortable.

Fair

Staff is good and service very good. But they got 2 or 3 function hall , the people who comes to the funcation using the gusts lift and i sty 5 nights after midnight too noisy near the rooms
