In the splendid setting of Porto Pollo, overlooking the beautiful Piazzetta del Borgo, we rent a new, spacious three-room apartment with separate entrance, newly renovated and tastefully furnished.
The exposure of the apartment on each side, the numerous views with a view, and the large French windows make this property very bright and cool even during the hottest hours of the day.
The apartment on the first floor is composed of: independent access terrace, entrance, large living room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower, large terrace.
The living area consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, TV cabinet, dining table and kitchen with all comforts, which leads to the beautiful covered terrace overlooking the central square of the village.
The terrace with a large loggia equipped with barbeque, rocking, wooden table and chairs makes this outdoor space enjoyable at any time of the day, for simple moments of relaxation or convivial lunches and dinners.
The first double bedroom is very large and consists of a double bed with storage, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with 6 doors, a large dresser coffered.
The second bedroom, also double, furnished with wardrobe with sliding doors, and two twin beds, and can be used to accommodate both 2 children / friends and a couple.
The large and spacious bathroom is equipped with bathroom and shower.
The apartment is furnished by young owners, with details designed to make this home comfortable and familiar even for long periods of stay.
