HUTG (057850). Village house located in the old town of Palamós, 250m from the beach and a minute's walk from the restaurant and shopping area. The house has 4 floors and capacity for 8 people. On the ground floor there is the garage with capacity for one car and bicycles. From this you can access the stairs that lead to the first floor where there is a hall with access to a bright patio, a bathroom with shower, a large living room - dining room and a large fully equipped independent kitchen. On the second floor are the 4 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Finally, the house has a third floor where there is a laundry room with access to a 50m2 terrace with views of the old town and a small area of Palamós beach.
