She has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for a total of 7 people and is perfect for a family vacation in a unique setting. The villa has a private, heated pool and a 45 m² sun terrace with direct and breathtaking sea views.

A fully and high-quality equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, induction cooker and washing machine as well as an Apple IMAC computer, Smart TV 4K Full HD with NETFLIX, WIFI high speed internet connection and private parking space in front of the villa round off the exclusive equipment.

The white sandy beaches are within walking distance (approx. 300m) as is the center of Costa Calma with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shopping centers.

In the vicinity of the villa is the long, white beach of Sotavento, which is home to the wind and kite surfing center (Rene Egli Center) and the annual wind and kite surfing World Cup.

Außergewöhnliches Reihenhaus mit Innenhof

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer größeren ruhigen Anlage am Rande von Costa Calma. Alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Große Terasse im ersten Stock mit schönem Blick (leider auch auf ein großes Hotel). Die Betreuung durch Nina war ausgezeichnet. Die Betten, Bäder und Duschen sind fantastisch.

Un logement exceptionnel, nous qui sommes habitués des locations de vacances nous avons trouvé ici un grand confort. Décoration très soignée et de bon goût, mobilier confortable, grands lits. Vue mer dégagée sur la terrasse fantastique. Cuisine avec équipement très complet et neuf, Piscine privative très jolie et agréable. douche intérieure vue piscine. Villa Isabel I - Wir kommen wieder!

Schon vor der Anreise haben wir uns Empfangen und Gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir wurden an der Villa von Vera herzlich in Empfang genommen. Vera hat die Haustür aufgemacht und wir waren sofort "schockverliebt". Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles so wie man es auf den Bildern sieht. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend! Der Pool, der Innenhof und auch die Terasse - Orte zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Die Sonnenaufgänge ein Traum. Der Strand ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Nadine und Thomas

Grandioses Ferienhaus!

Die Villa Isabel ist ein wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur. Sie ist Teil einer Siedlung gleichartiger Ferienhäuser, man hat aber absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Das Meer, auf das man von der oberen Terrasse und vom oberen Schlafzimmer aus einen schönen Blick hat, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. In 10 bis 15 Gehminuten erreicht man verschiedene Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Vor Ort sind wir von einer sehr netten Dame empfangen worden, die uns eine hervorragende Einweisung in das Haus gegeben hat. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr durchdacht und mit allem Komfort versehen. Im Außenbereich findet man sowohl im Patio am Pool als auch auf der Terrasse immer ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen (je nach Wunsch) mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln bzw. Liegen. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, kann man sich mit einer Auswahl deutsch- und englischsprachiger Bücher oder mit dem Smart-TV die Zeit vertreiben. Das Internet funktioniert reibungslos. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Selten habe ich ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und tolle Ferien verbracht.

Hervorragende Workation

Die Villa Isabel1 ist wunderschön, die Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Wir waren einen Monat da und kombinierten den Aufenthalt mit Ferien und Arbeit. Die Infrastruktur lässt das prima zu. Die Ausstattung ist her-vorragend, es hat mehr Geschirr / Kochutensilien als sonst üblich. Die Küche ist sehr geeignet, um selber zu kochen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist herzlich und die Antworten kommen immer sehr schnell.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben die Wohnung genau nach Beschrieb vorgefunden. In den zwei Wochen haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zum Baden und zu Spaziergängen ein. Das Objekt ist toll.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla unweit vom Meer

Die Villa war wunderbar sauber, gepflegt und war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt zugeschnitten. Der Pool war beheizt, der Patio gemütlich und die Dachterrasse hatte Sonne fast bis zum Untergang. Viel Platz für die Familie, besonders der Wohnraum ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll möbliert. Schade, dass der Kamin nicht zu nutzen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung und der Service vor Ort läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sicher immer wieder individuelle Wünsche, Ansprüche oder Erwartungen, die aber keine Unterkunft erfüllen kann. Es ist alles sauber, sehr großzügig, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Mir persönlich hat im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gefehlt. That`s it. Jederzeit wieder.

Súper vacaciones en família!

Nuestras vacaciones en Villa Isabel han sido de ensueño. El lugar es maravilloso, con acceso a pie a una playa tranquila pero también al lado de las grandes para parte de la familia que quería practicar Windsurf. La casa está muy limpia, cuenta con todos los enseres de cocina nuevos y sábanas y toallas nuevas también. La piscina climatizada es un gusto, no sólo para entretener a los niños si no también para que los mayores se relajen. En cuanto a la zona, se puede ir andando a zonas de tiendas y supermercados así como a restaurantes para salir a cenar si no apetece cocinar. Villa Isabel es totalmente recomendable, los propietarios se han ocupado de cada detalle, realmente nada tiene que ver con la mayoría de alquileres vacacionales, tiene instalaciones de hotel de lujo, como en Mac, el baño, la piscina o los colchones (hay que probarlos) pero con la privacidad y comodidad de ser un casa.

Traumurlaub - Erholung pur und tolle Betreuung

Bei der Buchung war ich erst etwas skeptisch, ob die Fotos wirklich der Realität entsprechen. Aber sie tun es! Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich der Hammer! Sogar die für uns 6 angereisten Mieter etwas knapp bemessene Anzahl an Sonnenliegen wurde nach 3 Tagen kurzerhand auf 5 Liegen aufgestockt. Vielen Dank Francesco und Rebeca, die bei Problemen immer sofort ansprechbar waren und kurzfristig reagiert haben. Als Restaurant können wir das "El Divino" sehr empfehlen, durchaus auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Besitzer spricht hervorragend Deutsch und hat einen Spitzenkoch! Sollte es uns noch einmal nach Costa Calma verschlagen, sind wir auf jeden Fall auch dort wieder! Wer gerne auf Fuerteventura Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus machen möchte, ist mit diesem Objekt bestens bedient! Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Villa, gute Lage, nette Betreuung

Wir waren zu viert in der Villa, die wirklich sehr schön , sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Wirklich ruhig ist es leider zurzeit nicht, da direkt nebenan gebaut wird, aber das ist wohl absehbar. Ein winziger Nachteil ist, dass es auf der Terrasse nur 2 Liegen gibt, bei Belegung mit 6 Personen fänden wir das zu wenig. Ansonsten ein superschöner Urlaub!

Die Villa Isabel 2 ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir waren im Dezember 2013 über Weihnachten in dieser Villa. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage fast am Ende der Costa Calma. Von dort aus ist es nicht weit zum großen Strand. Restaurants, Geschäfte und sowohl ein kleiner als auch ein großer Padilla (Spar-Supermarkt) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen, alles zu Fuß zu erledigen. Die Unterkunft haben wir so vorgefunden, wie sie beschrieben war. Die Fotos sind realistisch und sagen alles! Es war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Der Innenhof bietet Schutz vor dem Wind und die große Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Palme und das gegenüberliegende Hotel haben wir dabei nicht als störend empfunden. Am besten gefiel uns das große Bad mit offener Dusche und Badewanne gleich hinter dem Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage.

Villa Isabel es una casa preciosa y además cuenta con todas las comodidades, nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa. Es de lujo. Todo estaba limpísimo, las toallas y sábanas eran NUEVAS, la cama era de hotel de lujo enorme y comfortable. en la cocina tiene de todo para sentirte como en casa y encima tiene un ordenador Apple Imac para que lo usen los clientes; de verdad perfecta!! Lo más espectacular es que estás comodísimo con total privacidad y en un ambiente de máximo relax. Por supuesto repetiremos

Erholsamer-ruhiger Urlaub

Wir waren zuerst sehr skeptisch, da wir bisher nur Hotelurlaub mit Bedienung hatten, aber in dieser Villa stimmte alles und man konnte sich richtig erholen. DIe Einrichtung, es war alles vorhanden, wie in einem eigenen Hausstand. Natürlich mußte man sich um alles selber kümmern, aber dann wußte man auch was man zum Frühstück oder, wenn man Abends nicht essen gehen wollte, zu Abendessen gab. Auch war es Sauber, keine Ungeziefer, nur manchmal Fliegen. Natürlich ist es sinnvoll ein Leihwagen zu nehmen, aber für eine Woche 106 € für einen Polo ist nun wirklich nicht zuviel und man konnte sich Badebuchten mit viel Sandstrand und wenigen Menschen aussuchen. Ich denke, wir fahren wieder in die Villa Isabel
