Belle maison bien placée pour rayonner dans une magnifique région!

Depuis la maison, nous avons pu varier les activités entre petites randonnées, escapades sur l'ile de Bréhat, kayak sur l'embouchure du Trieux, visite de l'abbaye de Beauport et bien sûr déguster de bonnes galettes et moules frites! Les fins d'après-midi à boire un verre dans le jardin concluait la journée! Une maison sympa pour passer de bonnes vacances avec famille et amis!

Très belle maison avec de beaux volumes et très bien équipée pour passer des moments en famille. La cuisine et la grande table sont parfaites pour des moments de partage et la vue sur mer depuis les baies vitrées est très apaisante. La localisation permet de voir facilement beaucoup de sites. L'endroit est magnifique!

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, grands espaces, très bien aménagée, bien équipée. Idéale pour une famille nombreuse. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du jardin mais la vue sur les bateaux est un vrai plus. Proche de Paimpol, pour Leclerc et Carrefour. Je recommande++

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une maison très bien équipée. La vue depuis la maison est magnifique. Petite amélioration toutefois pour le ménage (énormément d'araignées, saleté et vitres très sales, cendrier à l'extérieur pas vidé) et le mobilier de jardin cassé et sale.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Komplettausstattung in toller Lage

Großes Haus mit Garten und tollem Wasserblick, moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und komplette Ausstattung. Zimmeraufteilung auch ideal für Freunde oder große Familie. Alle Haushalts-Geräte für längere Aufenthalte vorhanden. Für die nächsten 2 Jahre kein Durchgangsverkehr , daher total ruhig. Preis-Leistung ist Topp. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Très bon séjour

Maison agréable, idéale pour 2 familles avec leurs enfants et bien située pour visiter la cote nord de la bretagne de la cote de granit rose au cap frehel. La maison est très lumineuse et spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Attention néanmoins à l'escalier qu'il faut descendre avec prudence celui-ci étant assez raide avec des marches étroites. La rue est assez passante en journée mais le bruit ne pose pas de problème dans la maison. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et merci pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue!

Belle location, bien équipée

Proche de Paimpol, jardin agréable avec vue sur le Trieux. Belle grande maison bien équipée, séjour et cuisine lumineux. Seul inconvénient, la proximité de la route plutôt passante. S'entend peu de l'intérieur, un peu plus au jardin ... Néanmoins, semaine très agréable à 7 adultes.

Location spacieuse, bien agencée, avec une belle vue sur le Trieux. L'accueil sympathique vous réserve une surprise agréable dans le réfrigérateur! Die Ausstattung des Hauses war optimal für uns. Insbesondere die Küche ist super eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts! Die Außenterrasse ist ebenfalls super! Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt und bei der Übergabe des Hauses mit dem Vermieter Bertrand Ave war ausgezeichnet!!!

Un séjour tout simplement parfait : la maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée, très confortable. De grands espaces permettent de pouvoir "s'étaler" sans être serrés. Les équipements sont généreux : linge de lit et de bain fournis, instruments de cuisine nombreux et variés : il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être comme à la maison ! Avec, en plus, un accueil chaleureux et sympathique : bref, rien à redire, nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. A noter également parmi les "plus" de la maison : la vue sur mer et la localisation (à 5 minutes en voiture de Paimpol).
