So much potential

The property is gorgeous! The individual buildings are beautiful and well made. However, there were a lot of things that were disappointing. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Breakfast was a fried egg and warmed hot dog. There are plenty ty of cabinets bit nothing in them. No plates, bowls,knives, forks,spoons. The burners in the kitchen did not work, the cables had been cut or perhaps never installed. Spiderwebs in the cabinets. Dirty slippers. The cable tv did not work. This place is beautiful and could be so much better. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and provided housekeeping. Thai standards are very different from western standards. Don't expect a clean place. I've lived here for a long time, cleaning is not their forte. You will see cobwebs and dust that being said, if you want a quiet place to yourself and you will bring your own plates and cutlery and not cook, this is a great choice.

Best resort in town.

Great Resort. Beautiful location with view on the mountains. Just outside of the busy city Big house with all comfort. Very friendly owner. We love to stay there.
