Our family absolutely loved our Christmas stay at this townhome! The location is unbeatable—truly in the heart of everything. We woke up every morning to stunning sunrises over the mountains, which was such a treat. The layout was perfect for our group; having a private bedroom and bathroom for everyone made the stay so comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our holiday cooking, and the 'top-notch' grill was a huge hit for our steak dinner. We also had a blast with foosball tournaments in the upstairs area! To top it all off, we got a white Christmas at Wolf Creek Mountain, where the boys spent the day sledding and playing in the snow.Tip for visitors: Don't miss Treasure Falls—we visit every time we’re in Pagosa Springs and it never disappoints. My daughter and my husband also highly recommend the hot air balloon ride for an amazing experience. For adventure, we went snowmobiling on Wolf Creed Mountain. I also recommend spending a day with a relaxing soak in the hot springs—a must-do experience. We can’t wait to come back! A 5 star stay for anyone wanting to visit Pagosa Springs!

Treasure Falls is a 105 ft waterfall. In the winter a massive mound of frozen water build up. It is a short hike and well worth it!

We had a great stay at this Mountain Lake Villa. The host was attentive and provided all the details necessary to make this stay enjoyable for us. The house was clean and well stocked with quality items and the kitchen had everything we needed. My husband is picky about the pots, pans and cooking tools so we usually have to purchase items but we did not have to in this house. Plenty of nice towels, blankets, etc..very professional and you can tell they care about the comfort of their visitors. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Pagosa!

Lovely lake and Mountain View!

This property had a wonderful porch overlooking a lake with the mountains as a backdrop. We sat out there every night! The home itself was very nice with plenty of room for our group. Nice, large kitchen with everything we needed. Management company was very responsive when I had questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Relax in Pagosa Springs

This was an awesome place to stay and relax after a long work day! This place had beautiful views and a nice hot tub to enjoy the evening. Everything was very nice. Incredible Views

Home was very clean and well equipped. The bunk room was perfect for the children. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The few questions we had were addressed promptly. While the lakeside setting was lovely, we did encounter bug's and spiders. Overall, we would stay here again!

Large Modern Villa

It was the perfect house for our friends 70th birthday. 10 of us stayed. We couldn't have asked for a better property. It fit us perfectly with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and large dining table. It's a beautiful property. We were blessed with a swan knocking on the door and hot air balloons taking off. Easy location to access all the things you need.

Our family and close friends all stayed at this lovely and spacious residence where we all felt very accommodated. The Rooms were perfect for our crew! Plenty of restrooms and loved all the space around the kitchen and dining area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us have the garage code! We really enjoyed our stay here. This house was big enough for our group. Lots of bathrooms and plenty of room in the kitchen. Contact with the property manager was easy and response time was quick. The view over the lake was beautiful. A plus was the very comfortable beds! We enjoyed it!

This is one of the best VRBO experiences our family has ever had. Home is immaculate, well appointed, in a great location. The property management communication was timely and impeccable. We had three families and each had their own space and bathrooms plus room for the kids. Linens are beyond any quality I’ve known in a rental. It was the perfect place for our family reunion and exploring Pagosa and the surrounding area. We will be back - thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great location and property!

This property met all of our needs and made for a great home base during our time in Pagosa Springs. I would stay here again. Key features to note: - More towels than any VRBO I've ever stayed at! It was great! - Kitchen was well-stocked with condiments and spices. I recommend checking in and reviewing before buying any. - Hosts provided laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and plenty of toilet paper. There were essentially 2 master suites in the home and then 2 rooms for others. Every bedroom had it's own full bathroom, with 3 being ensuites. Communication was great throughout our stay!

Pleasant Pagosa Springs

The property was perfect for our family’s needs. We did a lot of adventuring in the area, and it was great to come back to a quiet and private community to relax. The host management was quick to answer questions and take care of our needs. The home provided plenty of towels and linens. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Grocery store was conveniently close, and we were able to do a lot of our meals at the house. The views were amazing and we watched hot air balloons every morning. I would highly recommend this place!
