The actual facility is lovely, the foods delicious and the staff are first rate! The grounds are also very nice !
The room was adequate, a bit dusty, only 4 hangers in the closet and had to ask for wash/face cloths.
We had balcony room but could not access the balcony due to humidity???

The location is very central.
The staff is not proactive and trusted to make decision without checking with a manager. Empower your employees especially the ones with tenure and experience.
There has to be a better way of allowing people with e-cedula cards to get the discount for hotel stays. Going through RIU International reservation does not work. It is as if it e-cedula not accepted by RIU.
