The location is very central. The staff is not proactive and trusted to make decision without checking with a manager. Empower your employees especially the ones with tenure and experience. There has to be a better way of allowing people with e-cedula cards to get the discount for hotel stays. Going through RIU International reservation does not work. It is as if it e-cedula not accepted by RIU.

I like the location, the atmosphere, staff are friendly, food was great, quiet hotel, clean. Didn't like the idea that there weren't enough towels in the room had to call twice also once the maid changed towels, they always only left one wash cloth
