This property is not what we’ve come to expect from a Riu hotel. Definitely not a five start hotel. They wouldn’t even give us more than one hand towel or one wash cloth per room of two people. It was just bizarre. The property needs fixing up and updating. Rooms are tired. Overall not a good experience. Everything seemed to be a problem.

The cleanliness and the location of the hotel made it the ideal place to stay. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was definitely a plus, I liked the fact that there was so much choices and they were all delicious.
