Features include: Acacia wood flooring, White painted wood ceiling with crown molding, French Doors off Dining Room, Wood stove, Marmoleum countertops in kitchen w/ full subway tile backsplash, All appliances (including front load washer/dryer in laundry room.)

This Park House fronts North Alder Park, a courtyard with an inviting outdoor fireplace and seating.

Out the French doors leads you to the enclosed sun porch with patio furniture. Off the enclosed porch is your BBQ.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with their own private bathroom. The King bedroom faces North Alder Park, flat screen TV’s are in both rooms.

Additional sleeping is available on the first floor, a very comfortable Kingsdown 7” thick innerspring mattress Sleeper Sofa.

Large flat screen tv and over 500 channels, Sony Wii, free local and long distance calls, wireless internet, board games, bocce ball set, all you need for entertainment!

The kitchen is fully equipped with Crockpot, Espresso Machine, Toaster, Tea Kettle, Salad Spinner, Knife Block, stainless steel pots and pans, Shaker Set, Martini and Wine Glasses and Granite Counters.

Missing some things we believe to be essentials. Pan release cooking spray, salad oil. Hot tub was hot but hers did not function properly. Instructions for several amenities were great, but the television and all 4 remotes was very difficult to navigate. A rug in the mud room could be helpful. More coat hooks in the mud room could be helpful.

The property was really nice. The only comment is the water heater wasn't working, but it was fixed within an hour of us noticing there wasn't hot water. We felt there should have been 2 bath towels per person. One for hot tub use and one for shower per adult. There were only 6 bath towels that we could find and we had 4 adults. Other than that, it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Family mini vacation

First time renter at Seabrook to enjoy Pacific Ocean and Seabrook town with the family and dog! We love the easy vibe of the town and the short walk to the beach. Our grandson loved the Gnome trail and our pup loved all the sweet pets and attention from the city goers. We will return for another longer stay in the future and look forward to another great adventure by the sea!
