The property is clean and in good condition. have mid size pool with nice, clean lounge chairs and beach umbrellas by the pool. Reading reviews from other places was pleasantly surprised that we did not have water shortages throughout our stay. All 3 Airconditioners worked well and were very helpful. All apliances was working well except that there was a stain inside the oven Apartment have utensels, kitchenware, and 2 shower rooms but 1 toilet that is separated. Also was also pleasantly surprised that no creatura snick inside the apartment. Even the little gecko that was running around outside never got in. We have a problem with the sink, but Maxime was able to come on short notice and fix it, which is really appreciated for being that flexible. Area private parking lots just outside in front of the building, and always have 1 or 2 parking spaces free, even if you park your vehicle. 2-3 minutes walking downhill, there is a small French convenience store that also sells breakfast, pastries, fruits, vegetables, alcohol, household items, and sometimes whole-fried chickens. About 15 minute walk, there is a resort with an open beach where anyone can come and stay for free. No one will stop you. There is also other places about 5 to 10 minutes walking away, for example, hiking, other beaches that I did not have time to discover. Pizza/Italian restaurant 3-4 minutes walking. 2 other restaurants 3 minutes walking, and 1 bar. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and welcoming.

"Very nice appartment on a relaxed part of the Island. Appartment is well maintained, clean and complete. Owner is very friendly and communication in English is no problem at all although the native language is French. Nice (shared) pool and a lot of wood processed in the appartment and surroundings. Great porch with hammock. Had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this one!! Joris"

Idéal en famille ou entre amis!

Appartement dans une residence très agréable avec piscine. Superbe terrasse avec vue sur mer ,bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Supérette et boulangerie accessible A pied. Bon rapport qualité prix et plus authentique qu un gros complexe hôtelier! L appartement est à environ 300 mètres de la frontière emplacement parfait géographiquement pour découvrir toute l île et ses plages.

Je n’ai que de bons mots pour ce logement et la propriétaire. Elle m’a toujours répondu très rapidement, et nous avons adoré le logement (localisation, propreté, commodités, etc.). Nous y retournerons assurément, 10/10!!!

Very nice appartment in a quiet village

When we arrived the representer Jo welcomed us very friendly. She showed us the appartment and had some usefull tips. The appartment is located in a small quiet village. While staying its good to have a car, the busses do not visit this part of the island. The appartment is well equiped, beds are good and the area around it is well maintained. The pool has 4 beds, not so Much. We stayed with 5 persons. Supermarkets are located near the appartment. You can also find some restaurants. The contact with the owner was very pleasent. She is always willing to help and will provide you with extra information. In short: a very money worth stay in saint martin. We enjoyed it a lot and will recommend it

Tout confort, levés et couchés de soleil paradisiaques, accueil et aide avant/après sans faute!

Nous revenons ce matin de 3 semaines géniales à Saint-Martin. Même si pour les locaux il faisait froid en décembre, les 26°C en continu (air et eau!) furent bien suffisant pour nous; échappant aux températures négatives de Noël sur le vieux continent! Le fait que nous ayons logé dans l'appartement d'Isabelle à Oyster Pond fut pour beaucoup à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous sommes une famille de 4, dont deux enfants en bas âge et la piscine aux pieds de la terrasse fut plus qu'agréable à tout moment de la journée. Appartement de rdc très accessible, résidence entourée d'un parc verdoyant, avec vue sur la Marina d'Oyster Pond et des levés/couchés de soleil à couper le souffle. Chambres de bonnes taille, literie de qualité, douches et baignoire, cuisine juste comme il faut et frigo tout neuf (cassa pendant notre séjour, donc ça c'est fait et remplacé à neuf dans les heures qui suivirent notre déclaration). Salon avec canapé tout neuf et très très confortable, TV et wifi appréciables, même si en vacances on essaye de déconnecter! L'appartement est situé juste au dessus de la Marina, donc ne pas manquer les quelques restos sur les pontons de la Marina pour repas ou apéro (Happy Hour avec le fameux ti-punch ou autres cocktails...), quelques pizzerias atteignables à pieds, ou en voiture pour les restos de Grand-Case et autres environs. Côté plage, nous avons surtout explorés celles propices aux enfants (Galion dans la Baie de l'Embouchure, pas de vagues, pas de dénivelé donc idéal), mais il y a des plages partout! et chacune a son charme propre. Pour l'utilitaire et les courses alimentaires, nous faisions les plein soit à Marigot (30min, de préférence à faire le matin vers 8h pour éviter les bouchons sur ces routes très sinueuses où les locaux ne connaissent pas la sécurité routière!) soit à Fresh market, côté hollandais, 10min. Mais les petites superettes au bas de la route (4-5min à pieds) font tout à fait l'affaire et très amical. Pour commenter sur la prestation d'Isabelle, ce fut parfait! Vraiment dès le premier contact par message elle fut très accueillante et aidante et pourtant nous avions plein de questions! Nous nous sommes aussi contactés par téléphone par la suite pour se "connaître" mieux. Isabelle nous aida pour la location de voiture, nous trouva même une baby-sitter! Une fois sur place, la personne s'occupant de notre accueil et suivi pendant le séjour fut super. Merci! réactive et pleine de petites attentions. Vraiment recommandé!
