New townhome in brand new Stillwater community.

Located down S. Lamar Ave. and approximately one. 1 miles to the square and one. 1.2 miles from campus. Very close to Philips Grocery, Lamar Yard, Marcos, and First Watch(Breakfast).

The townhome has a great open concept and is approximately 2115 square ft.. The main level has a fabulous kitchen with stainless stew appliances and granite countertops, the large breakfast island seats three and the kitchen table seats four. Equipped with a large, cozy sofa and three chairs facing a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master suite bathroom with double vanity, large separate shower and walk-in closet.

The second level has two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has two full beds and the second has a queen.

Great rental for an Oxford weekend for Football, Basketball, Baseball, or any other reason.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a private yard, and a coffee maker.

fantastic! We were able to spend time with our family and friends at the pool. It was a great gathering spot for our arrival day! We were able to kickoff the graduation weekend at the beautiful outdoor space. Taylor was so responsive with any last minute requests. Plenty of space to gather with our family and friends.
