This hotel is newly constructed and was quite impressed by the modern room that’s comparable to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet is available at 18€ and have a great variety of food served.

The parking spots were directly in front of the hotel. The hotel has a machine on the first floor to get coffee, but they should probably provide a tea kettle in each room. Our main issue was that you could absolutely hear everyone around you. At 2 a.m., there were people outside our room knocking on doors and kids screaming. We weren’t able to fully fall asleep until almost 2 a.m. Also, if you want to get breakfast, you must purchase it in advance, at least the day before because you won’t be able to get it if you decide that morning.

O hotel até é bem ajeitado, com camas e chuveiro bons. Entretanto, deixaram totalmente a desejar no quesito ar condicionado, estava desligado, não era estragado, era desligado para economizar. Passei dois dias reclamanado sobre o ar e ninguém do hotel, nem da Hoteis.com fizeram alguma coisa. Os atendentes do hotel só diziam que o ar condicionado estava um pouco quente e diziam para dormir com a janela aberta; tarefa impossível com criança pequena no quarto, pelo risco de queda, pela claridade e pelo barulho da rua. Enfim, eu fui o único obrigado a cumprir o contrato, o hotel e o site/aplicativo fizeram pouco caso com o desconforto gerado, e ainda exaltavam que a tarifa não era reembolsável. Não sou de reclamar, mas dessa vez fiquei muito chateado com a situação.

La pire accueil de tout notre mois ici. Sommes arrivé à 2.35 et n’a pas voulu que nous montions à la chambre. O Hotel é bom mas saímos frustados.. O Hotel estava sem energia e isso não depende deles mas pagamos por um serviço que não tivemos. Não pudemos tomar banho, tivemos que carregar malas sozinhos até o terceiro andar. As cortinas não fechavam etc.
