It has a beautiful design, very nice employees, it’s well equipped (AC and TV) and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The only downside is the washroom (didn’t had hot water).

Nécessite beaucoup d’amélioration

L’accueil est correct, cependant il y a beaucoup d’amélioration à prévoir sur le service et l’hôtel en lui-même. La chambre est spacieuse et propre mais très vétuste, l’eau chaude n’est pas disponible toute la journée et ça n’a pas été indiqué dans l’annonce de l’hôtel, vous ne pouvez prendre votre douche qu’partir de 19h ! L’isolation thermique est inexistante, et le chauffage est réglé à une température très basse, vous ne pouvez pas augmenter. Il est de même de l’isolation phonique, on entend les voisins comme s’il étaient avec vous dans la même chambre. Enfin, il est indiqué que le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 7h15 ce qui n’est pas vrai car vous ne pouvez pas déjeuner avant 8h voir 8h30, le petit déjeuner est composé de trois petits bols contenant de l'huile d'olive, du beurre et de la confiture. Ajouter à ça un verre de jus et une tasse de café et une viennoiserie et du pain. La femme de ménage est très professionnelle, elle fait un excellent travail, bravo Madame.
