The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing.. The front desk is not 24/7 although im sure if you phoned someone would answer, eventually.., The place could really do with a good deep clean and a revamp entirely, as it does have great potential with a few caring touches. The center of the property is a winter garden where by every one has access...and so this makes the property insecure, as we are not given the key to lock this location from the apartment side...it does have a lock, but no key was given to us. The property was noisy,and blasting heavy rap music untill 2310 and later the first night, i understand there was a festival on when we visited , but a noise curfew in a property with no soundproofing would just make sense. It is more than okay for a quick stay over if thats what you are looking for.

Great location only a short walk to the location bus station. The room was cold but they had a cupboard full of heavy blankets that kept us warm all night. They also offered lots of towels. The communication was quick and they answered our message within minutes.

L'établissement nous a ajouté un supplément non prévu lors de la réservation. Nous avons été obligé de régler ce supplément de 100dh car il était trop tard pour retrouver un autre établissement. C'est tout simplement scandaleux. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

Die Größe der Wohnung war unglaublich, mein Mann schätzt sie auf 100qm. Auch die Kinder fühlten sich im Kinderzimmer sehr wohl. Vom Fenster dort konnte man auch den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Hand- und Duschtücher vorhanden und wurden täglich gewechselt. Wenn in der Küche etwas fehlte, z.B. ein Sieb oder eine Tajine, konnte es nachgereicht werden. Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Aufstieg mit 2 vollen großen Koffern in den zweiten Tick war allerdings sehr anstrengend. Und in der Wohnung war es jahreszeitbedingt sehr kalt, ohne (Haus-)Schuhe konnte man es in den Räumen nicht aushalten. Auch das Duschwasser war nicht durchgängig alle 10Tage warm bzw. heiß, was mich persönlich aber nicht störte. Die Lage der Residence ist sehr gut, die Einkaufsmeilen sind gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings war es bei unserer Ankunft nachts nicht gut zu finden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde aber eine LED-Beschriftung über der Tür angebracht. Ein Laden ist fast nebenan und um die Ecke (neben dem Krankenhaus) eine kleine Markthalle mit frischem Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch etc. Sowie einem Imbiss. Wir erledigten alles zu Fuß und genossen die herrlichen Blicke auf die Berggipfel, die Ouarzazate umgeben. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und sprechen französisch. Es gibt ein Büro im Untergeschoss. Wir würden es wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. ☺
