Parking for free, nice food in the restaurant, nice SPA option for free for hotel's guests, breakfast was good however I had it at 9 am and part of dishes were already eaten

Stayed for two days and enjoyed the accommodations of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The environment was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the selection of items was abundant. The restaurant was excellent, delicious foods and great wait staff. This hotel will be my primary choice for future stays.

Hotel is in great condition. Seems almost like a resort hotel. Is a bit remote. Did not have time to explore the area. Closer to Auschwitz, easy drive in the morning.

Absolute stunner in small town Poland! Lodging and restaurant was top notch. Next visit will be including the spa services. The free breakfast buffet and coffee were best we ever had anywhere. We would make a trip to Europe just for this place!

Amazing hotel and fantasic desk staff. The front desk staff couldnt be more helpful with ordering taxis, offering advice on food options etc.. room service from the restaurant was superb. Some of the room furnishings may be in need if an update but the current ambience and style should be maintained. Some minor maintenance issues were noted to the staff who immediately took steps to action. Overall, a superb place to spend a few restful days

Stayed for 10 days...the breakfast spread and breakfast drinks were on point. Never a shortage of food in the morning. The grounds, inside of the hotel and spa were very clean. The restaurant was amazingly delicious with Polish cuisine. Hotel room was quiet at night which was nice. The room however, had its challenges. The shower door didn't close all the way leaving the bathroom floor soaked every time we showered. No ventilation in the bathrooms and the 2nd room did not have air conditioning so we had to leave the door open. The carpet in the room looked really dirty. The room was very bright in the morning the blinds are not dark enough. Housekeeping is very good. They restocked everything upon request. Very friendly staff.

The room was ok. The decor is dated and the beds were saggy in the middle. The shower door was sticking and the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety of choices.
