Magnificent house with swimming pool in the middle of 4 hectares of olive trees

Very beautiful holiday house in a typical Apulian style, entirely reformed in 2016 and located amid thousand-years old olive trees. The domain has 3, 5 hectares of ancient olive trees, almond trees, and fruit trees (lemon trees, orange trees, fig trees, grenadiers, walnut trees, prickly pears, quince trees, and persimmon trees). There are 4 double bedrooms with private shower rooms and one part of the house is reserved for children (a big play room, a bedroom with 3 beds, an alcove with beds, and a shower room with a washing machine). There is an indoor kitchen (refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher) and an outdoor kitchen (sink, gas cooker, and barbecue). There are also two fireplaces. A big magnificent swimming pool of 14 x 6 m is located just over 50 m from the house, amid the olive trees (please note, that the swimming pool is not secured). The house gives both family and friends a very happy holiday.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
