Im großen und ganzen ist es eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Strand nah, Bäcker in der nähe und zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Schritte.Wir haben ein Strandkorb neben Tottis Strandbar gemietet welcher in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar war.Ein Stern haben wir abgezogen da ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung so nicht sein sollten.Bett sehr laut und durchgelegen, Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, WC Brille locker und nur eine Sitzauflage für die Balkonstühle.Mit ein paar Handgriffen könnte es wieder eine perfekte Ferienwohnung werden.

Das Besondere an dieser FW ist die strandnahe Lage. Man konnte das Rauschen der Wellen nachts hören. Ein Auto benötigt man hier nicht unbedingt - zu Fuß, mit Bahn, Bus und Rasendem Roland waren wir gut unterwegs. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was man für 7 Tage so braucht und ist für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Zu Viert wäre sie für uns zu klein. Der Schrank ist zu ca. 70% von Bettzeug belegt, so dass wenig Platz für eigene Bekleidungsstücke bleibt. Das Doppelbett hat bei jeder Bewegung solch eine Geräuschkulisse, dass unser Schlaf nicht wirklich erholsam war. Da muss unbedingt etwas verändert bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Alles zusammen ist die Wohnung zu teuer, für das was sie bietet. Positiv möchte ich noch die beiden Damen der Verwaltung betonen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auch wieder verabschiedet.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar direkt am Strand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und funktionell. Wir haben auch den sonnigen Balkon genossen und beim Einschlafen kann man der Brandung zuhören. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!
