Set on a quiet, leafy walkway, the house is surrounded by woodland and green spaces, with Osbysjön lake less than 500 metres away. The town centre, shops, restaurants and public transport are just a five-minute walk away.

The villa offers three bedrooms, spacious open living areas, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Relax in the cosy TV room or unwind in the large glazed conservatory, featuring oak floors and views of the garden.

There is a newly renovated main bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail, plus a separate guest toilet. Two walk-in wardrobes, fitted storage and a practical laundry room with washing machine and dryer provide plenty of convenience.

Outside, enjoy the sunny south-facing wooden deck and generous garden, ideal for relaxing, dining or playing games. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking.

Osby is well connected by train and road. Kristianstad and Växjö airports are about an hour away by car, while Copenhagen Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by train.

Please note: A railway line is located around 800 metres from the property. Trains may pass hourly, and some guests may notice the sound. Please consider this when booking.
