The living room is warm and bright, with natural light pouring in and comfortable seating surrounding a large ottoman that adds a cheerful island pop. The décor brings subtle tropical vibes — breezy textures, calming tones, and cozy touches that make you want to settle in and stay awhile.

Unwind with a 55” TV offering cable and streaming, or grab one of the board and card games for a fun evening in. The queen sleeper sofa provides extra space for guests, and blackout curtains ensure everyone sleeps soundly.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a well-stocked coffee bar with Keurig, drip, and espresso options. Whether you’re making breakfast or a sunset dinner, you’ll find all the essentials — cookware, utensils, a variety of spices, and complimentary coffee and creamer.

Bedroom & Bath

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the condo and all amenities, including the pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Please note: there’s a full flight of stairs to reach the condo, pool, and lakeside — but the view makes it completely worth it once you arrive.

We provide complimentary coffee, pod and ground, both regular and decaf, sugar and coffee creamer. We also provide basic seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic salt, seasoning salt, olive oil, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. No pets and no smoking of any kind are allowed. A minimum $250 fee applies for violations.

Parking is free and conveniently located in front of the building.

A small accidental damage protection fee is required with every reservation. This provides coverage for unintentional damage during your stay and replaces a traditional security deposit.
