The Lodge at Margaritaville

The Lodge at Margaritaville is a spacious 6-bedroom home is designed for large groups seeking the perfect Lake of the Ozarks retreat (sleeps 20). The home comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay plus a pool table/ping pong table. Outside, you’ll find a large dock with one covered slip (10ft x 28ft) plus free space to tie up a second boat on the side. Two PWC pads and a swim platform with a lily pad make it easy to enjoy the lake.

The Home

This spacious Margaritaville retreat features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, perfect for large groups or families. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a connected bathroom, while a convenient bedroom and full bath are located on the main entry floor.

The main level hosts the kitchen and living room, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together. For entertainment, the main area also includes a pool table/ping pong table, offering fun for all ages.

The home spans three levels, with several decks to enjoy lake views and outdoor living.

While there are only a few steps to enter the home, please note that there are many steps leading down to the dock.
At the water’s edge, you’ll find great swimming right off the dock and a lily pad provided for extra lake fun.
Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

-Reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay.
-Check-in details will be sent 3 days before your arrival.
-No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking (including damage, paraphernalia, or debris) will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus additional cleaning/damage fees.

Neighborhood Highlights:

Margaritaville Estates, located at mile marker 26, is ideal for those who prefer a more private, spacious, and calm environment compared to the typical hotel stay. Enjoy peaceful walks, fish from the dock, or cool off in one of the two community pools within the Estates. Guests also have access to the public areas of Margaritaville Resort (except Fins Up! Indoor Pool, Fitness Center, and Tradewinds Outdoor Pool).

-Golf at The Oaks – Premier 18-hole course (seasonal).
-Fin City Bowling – Bowling and bumper bowling (weekends).
-Horseback Riding at Thouvenal Stables – Ages 7+, single riders only.
-Port of Indecision Marina – Boat, paddleboard, paddleboat, and waverunner rentals, plus water sport accessories. (Waverunner operators must meet Missouri boating safety requirements.)
-Tropic Island Cruise – A fun way to enjoy the lake.
Outdoor Pools –
-Lakeside Pool with water slide and splash pool (opens May 12).
-LandShark Pool with swim-up bar (21+ in the upper section; family-friendly in the lower section;
opens April 1).

When you’re ready to venture out, you’re just minutes from the heart of Osage Beach, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and plenty of entertainment.

Boating Note: Boat trailers cannot be parked within the Estates. A private launch is next to the resort (fees posted on entry). Nearby, Lake of the Ozarks State Park has two ramps:

Pa He Tsi (March–October, free use).
PB2 (year-round, $5 per use).

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are available, though a car is recommended for exploring the lake area and all it has to offer.
