Upon entry into the hotel Friday night, the hallways were filthy and the carpets were worn and stained. The room was disgusting and there was iron on the toilet seat. We had a room booked for Saturday night but my wife insisted we find another place to stay it was so bad. I’m not a review reader but this will make me start. Do not believe the pictures.

Our stay was okay. The main lodge was lovely, the restaurants were quite good. In our room however, it was quite apparent that there were not pressure balancing valves in the shower. A number of times during my shower the water temperature would change from where I wanted it, to extremely hot or extremely cold. I also found it interesting that the hotel guest services did not know we had checked in. About 6 hours after we had checked in, someone from the desk called to ask us what time we would be arriving. Then didn't know what room they put us in. I found that a bit strange.

110.66 dollar HKs meal was billed to my room by mistake? took me all afternoon making calls that went from front desk to accounting voicemail that nobody returned, finally after 15 min on hold was told your room was billed by mistake.

Amazing staff, Beautiful property, pet friendly, had issues with restaurant not taking guests when it was not even close to half capacity. We stayed here so we could stay on the property and not have to leave. Really let us down for the price we paid!
