You'll love this updated lake front property in a quiet neighborhood with 3 acres of land to explore that includes a fire pit in the back yard. Features both a deck and patio from upper & lower levels, respectively. Bring a boat or rent one through a nearby agency and utilize the boat dock that can be seen from the lake facing deck and patio. There is plenty of space to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs has a king size suite with a full bath. Additionally, there is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen/dining room area. The full length deck overlooks the water and has a grill so you can cook up hotdogs or burgers. The down stairs has 3 bedrooms. The bunk room has 2 queen size beds and each additional bedroom has its own queen size bed. The bonus living room downstairs is always equipped with a Smart TV just like the one upstairs. They're great for binging your favorite shows after a day on the lake. Directly out the doors of the lower level takes you to the patio which is just steps away from the boat dock. Enjoy!
