Remodeled Lakehouse in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. Less than 5 mins from the new Grand Glaize amusement park opening in 2026/27 and quick access to all shopping, restaurant & bars and grocery stores by automobile.
- 9 mins to Hyvee Grocery Store, Starbucks, Walgreens or Chic-Fil-A (opening soon)
- 8 mins to Walmart Supercenter
- 5-7 minutes to Wobbly Boots BBQ, Pappo's Pizza, Randy's Frozen Custard, 1932 Reserve Restaurant (All highly recommended!)
- Perfect location by water (19mm) to get to all the action on the Lake! Very family oriented area with longtime owners occupying adjacent properties.

Large covered deck lakeside w/gas gril, perfect for lounging, morning coffees and taking in sunsets. Access to the large community dock with shaded and sunning options. The house and dock are located deep in our cove well off the main channel. Very little boat traffic in our spot with very quiet water always - if you love being in the water you'll absolutely adore our location.

Our Lakehouse has 3B/2Ba. Upper level is Master Br, Kitchen, Dining, Full Bath and family room with 50" Roku tv. Sofa pulls out into a full size bed. Sliding doors lead you to our spacious covered deck and grill area. Lower level is family room with sectional that pulls out to full size bed, Bedroom 2 & 3, Full bath and washer/dryer.

Use of 10x24' slip is included with rental at no extra charge. We have an onsite launch ramp that works well for smaller vessels or pwc's. Many guests launch at PB2 which is 5 mins away by land and 10-15 mins by water.

Well behaved pets are welcome and an add'l cleaning fee applies. Owner has owned at the Lake for 25 years and is super responsive.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

It is listed as a2 bathroom. We had 8 adults , and 2 children trying to share 1 bathroom. The second bathroom only has a toilet. No light, no shower, no sink, no door. It sits in the family room and could not be used because there is no door. We were offered to walk to a house next door to use the shower. We passed on other houses to pick this one for the fact it had 2 bathrooms..There were 5 dogs that surrounded the entry door. They barked, snapped and tried to attack us as we tried to go outside. The neighbor who owns the dogs was very rude and said some negative things to my family but never called good dogs back. My daughter was trying to walk in with her new born son and several of these dogs ran around her making her fall with her infant of 6 weeks in hand. The property is very nice, the home was nice and clean. The owner was very nice as well and let us check in early. If you are renting this place and have any pets please be warned of the dogs that roam free.. and that it only has 1 bathroom.

This property is close to the water with a nice view. Parking is tight. We had two trucks and a bass boat and were able to make it work. House was very clean and fresh. The deck was a great place to hang out on a spring evening.

Just what we needed!

We used this property as an overflow for our group. It was just what we needed. It was a 3-minute walk to our main property. The house was comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We were there for Thanksgiving so having a well appointed kitchen was important. Judy bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed including bringing us her own coffee pot and coffee to use while she ran to the store to buy a replacement for the one that was not working well. The upstairs living room is small, but there is additional seating downstairs. My grandsons are ready for us to return in the summer!
